Every caftan in our collection is finished by hand in our Marrakech atelier — to buy, to rent for your celebration, or to have made to your measurements.

A caftan made by Moroccan hands
Velvet, silk crêpe, brocade or light chiffon: each fabric is chosen for the way it falls and catches the light. Our artisans then work the sfifa — the fine braided trim along the neckline and the front — the aakad buttons and the embroidery that gives each piece its character.
Unlike the takchita, which is worn in two layers, the caftan is a single garment. Its elegance comes from the cut, the fabric and the precision of the handwork, and it is usually finished with a belt at the waist.
Caftan rental in Marrakech
Most of our caftans are also available to rent — ideal for a wedding, an engagement, a henna night or Eid. Come to the boutique for a fitting, choose your piece and its belt, and we adjust it to you before the big day.

Can I rent a caftan in Marrakech?

What is the difference between a caftan and a takchita?
A caftan is a single garment. A takchita is worn in two layers — a tahtiya underneath and a lighter, often embroidered dfina on top — and is usually more ceremonial.
Do you deliver caftans outside Morocco?
Yes. We make caftans to measure and ship them to every European country by tracked express carrier.
How long does a made-to-measure caftan take?
It depends on the design and the embroidery. We give you a precise delivery date with the quote, before work begins — so tell us your event date as early as you can.
